Dr. Townsend was homegrown in Utah in the East Millcreek and Holladay area. After completing a 2-year mission in Brazil, he attended the University of Utah where he met Katie, whom he wed in 2010. He attended Creighton University Dental School in Nebraska where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. During dental school, Dr. Townsend received awards for his knowledge and skill set in both endodontics and implantology.

While he and his family enjoyed their time in the plains of Nebraska, they were eager to return to their home in the mountains of Utah. It was here that Dr. Townsend served veterans at the George Wahlen VA in Salt Lake City. Here he worked alongside specialists and mentors while completing a General Practice Residency (GPR), training in advanced endodontics, prosthodontics, implant placement and IV sedation. He gained a great appreciation for those who have served and fought for America's freedom.

Currently a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of LDS Dentists, Academy of General Dentists and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Dr. Townsend is committed to lifelong learning and is constantly seeking to improve so he may better serve his patients.

Dr. Townsend and Katie now have two sons, Carter and Cooper. As a family they love doing things little boys love like riding bikes, reading books (especially on dinosaurs) and watching Carter's favorite movie, Finding Nemo, over and over again. Dr. Townsend and Katie also enjoy watching college football, attempting new culinary recipes and playing one of the games in their extensive board game collection.

Dr. Chandler Townsend is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Dr. Hardin was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. His younger years were spent living at the base of Mt. Hood, Oregon, taking full advantage of all the outdoors had to offer. He is passionate about sharing his love of nature and of teaching people. Dr. Hardin attended Portland State University to earn his Bachelor's Degree. He made sure to take classes to prepare him for the detailed art of Dentistry which included Advanced Jewelry Design. He had the opportunity to tie in education, teaching, and his desire to serve by becoming a counselor at Camp Kiwana's, an outdoor school for children and adults with special needs.

Dentistry is the career he has focused on from a very young age. He has obtained many years of wisdom passed down from his Father and Grandfather who are both in the Dental field. Hard work, fueled by passion allowed him to be one of the youngest in his Dental School Class at Oregon Health Sciences School of Dentistry, where he graduated near the top of his Class with Honors in 2016. He is engaged in extensive continuing educational programs, and is a member of The American Dental Association and The Academy of General Dentists.

He is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Sydney and their home is blessed with Emmett (5) and Rory (2), along with another baby due this year. At home, he enjoys playing outdoors with his family, gaming with Emmett, and teaching Rory new tricks on the trampoline. Both his sons are already very curious about Dentistry, and love "working" on Dad's teeth whenever they get the chance. His commitment to serving his patients is a top priority, which is why he gives each patient his personal cell phone number in order to contact him in the case of an emergency. He looks forward to the opportunity to serve you!

Dr. Clifford has been practicing dentistry since 2012, but has been a part of the dental community his whole life. His grandparents and parents were involved in the dental field, so he knows his way around a dental office! Ever since he was young, Dr. Clifford has sought continued education in all fields of Dentistry. He has already completed extensive training courses in Cosmetic, Implant, and Orthodontic services.

Dr. Clifford is a Southern California native. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he received his bachelor's degree in business management. It is also where he met his wife Breanna Clifford. He then continued his learning at the USC School of Dentistry in Los Angeles, CA, where he received his DDS. Dr. Clifford then moved back to Utah to raise a family. He has a beautiful daughter, Claire, and lives in Cottonwood Heights, UT. For the last 5 years he has worked in a private practice in Salt Lake City, UT.

Dr. Clifford loves the outdoors and all kinds of sports. He loves his USC Trojans, and to spend quality time with family and friends. He served a LDS mission in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he became fluent in Spanish. He loves learning and keeping up with the latest technologies for his patients. He strives to be the best dentist you will ever have.

Dr. Casey Clifford is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Hilton was born and raised in Texas, and while he has now spent the majority of his life in other places, including Tennessee, Utah, Los Angeles, and New York City, he still considers himself Texan at heart. From a young age Dr. Hilton carried a deep interest in medicine, and having observed his father cultivate a successful neurosurgical practice in San Antonio, he learned early on the level of hard work, discipline, and concern for patient well-being required of an effective practitioner.

Dr. Hilton attended Brigham Young University from 2007-2011 and from there obtained a bachelor of science degree in biology. He then completed his training in Dentistry at the highly ranked New York University College of Dentistry, a program renowned for its advanced clinical curriculum. From there, he received exceptional comprehensive training in the various disciplines of dentistry, including prosthodontics, endodontics, operative, periodontics, oral surgery, and oral pathology. Dr. Hilton values his dental education highly, and since his time in New York has continued to immerse himself in a pursuit of continued education and learning.

Outside the office, Dr. Hilton pursues a variety of interests. He enjoys sports, particularly basketball and snowboarding. He also loves to travel, and his favorite vacation spot is the Alaskan coast, where he and his father have gone several times over the years for salmon fishing. Dr. Hilton is also an accomplished pianist, and has a passion for musical composition, recording, and performance.

Dr. Kevin Clifford was born into a multigenerational dental family. It began with his grandfather, who was a long time dentist in Southern California and Utah, his mother who is a retired hygienist out of Southern California, and finally his brother who is a dentist and has been part of the Abundant Family since 2017. You can see how Dr. Clifford was certainly bred to be a dentist.

Dr. Clifford completed his undergrad at Brigham Young University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a Portuguese minor, a language he learned while serving a LDS mission in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He chose to continue his education at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC where he was exposed to all facets of dentistry; including operative, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.

Dr. Clifford graduated in 2016 and already has put in thousands of hours treating patients and earning continuing education in implantology, oral surgery, and restorative dentistry. He is part of the leadership of a non-profit humanitarian organization based out of Irvine, CA called Dental Care For Children, which provides service to underprivileged orphanages in Mexico and Haiti. It was serving these children that he learned his excellent Spanish and dental terminology in Haitian Creole and French. He also had the privilege of providing comprehensive dental care for the athletes participating in the International Special Olympics held in Los Angeles in 2015. Finally, Dr. Kevin worked countless hours and treated hundreds of homeless and low income individuals in the Skid Row neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles. While working in Skid Row, Dr. Clifford gained valuable knowledge, training, and skills to work with immuno-compromised, mentally impaired, and disabled patients.

Before making Abundant Dental his home, Dr. Kevin worked tirelessly 2.5 years in community health in a clinic based out of Midvale, Utah attending to low income families providing comprehensive care from implants to limited orthodontics.

Dr. Kevin loves to travel and has been to nearly 40 countries around the world. You can ask him anything about basketball, baseball and football, and his favorite teams includes the Lakers, Dodgers, USC Trojans, and BYU Cougars. He married his Brazilian wife in 2011, who he met in a Portuguese class at BYU, and they enjoy hiking with their two dogs, Snowy and Neve and going to the movies and trying new restaurants. In May 2018 they welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Leila.

Dr. Blais was born and raised in Westbrook, Maine where he was very active in academics and athletics. Following high school, Dr. Blais attended the University of Maryland on a swimming scholarship. Dr. Blais then pursued his dental degree at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine and earned awards in restorative and implant dentistry.

He then moved to Baltimore where he completed a one-year GPR residency and received advanced training in oral surgery, endodontics, and implant placement and restoration at the Baltimore VA Hospital. Following residency, Dr. Blais was in private practice in Maryland for 5 years before relocating to Utah in 2015.

Dr. Blais is excited to be living in Utah with his wife Allison and their three boys Ben, Charlie, and Lucas. Beyond spending time with his busy young family, Dr. Blais enjoys football, traveling, and skiing. He is loving all of the outdoor activities and beautiful parks that Utah has to offer.

Dr. Blais prides himself on making sure that his patients feel comfortable during their visits to the dentist. He enjoys all aspects of dentistry but particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry and seeing his patients smile.

Dr. Chaveleh was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University and continued to pursue dentistry at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. After dental school, Dr. Chaveleh completed a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Roseman College of Dental Sciences in Utah. After experiencing the mountains and the great outdoors of Utah, Dr. Chaveleh decided to call it home.

Dr. Chaveleh strives to make her patients dental experiences as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Her ultimate goal is to provide her patients with comprehensive treatment that empowers each individual to their healthiest potential, keeping smiles both beautiful and confident. An active member of the ADA, AGD, TDA, UDA, AACD, Dr. Chaveleh spends many hours furthering her education to provide exceptional care for her patients.

In her free time, Dr. Chaveleh enjoys hiking, biking and is a big fan of the powder days. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her puppy Sophie. Dr. Chaveleh is very happy to call Utah and the Abundant family home.

Dr. John Kwant is a native Utahn. He was born and raised in the Holladay area, but considers his real home to be in the mountains. As a youth, he would disappear and go exploring along the hills of the Wasatch Front, with Millcreek Canyon being one of his favorites. This knowledge of the local trails and paths helped him later in life when he was part of Salt Lake County Sheriff's Search and Rescue Team. His love of the outdoors hasn't diminished with time and you will still find him wandering in the hills looking for a new route and looking out for the local wildlife. Wildlife conservation is one of his passions and he actively participates in it locally and internationally.

Dr. Kwant graduated from the University of Utah and attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Immediately after graduating, he joined the United States Air Force and completed an intense residency at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. After Keesler, he was stationed at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Montana. He was there during the September 11 attack and spent many long nights in the dental clinic getting airmen ready to deploy. Dr. Kwant served as the forensics officer while on active duty and was called upon several times to use those skills. After separating from active duty, he joined the 419th Medical Squadron, Hill Air Force Base, Utah and served as a reservist and the dental commander for several years.

Besides dentistry, Dr. Kwant's other great love in life is his family. He and his amazing wife, Cindy, have two little boys with curly red hair. Johnny (5 yrs) and Andy (2 yrs) have as much energy as nuclear power plant and keep everybody at the Kwant home busy and young. If you ever need to reach Dr. Kwant and he doesn't answer the phone, he is probably outside playing red rover or tag. So, come on by, join in and have some smores and he'll talk about all things dental or whatever else is on your mind.

Dr. Bautista was born and raised in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil. After finishing his dental school at one of the highest ranked dental schools in the world, Sao Paulo State University (UNESP) in Brazil in 1997, Dr. Bautista went back to live in his hometown. Dr. Bautista met his beloved wife, Priscila, during his one-year post-graduation internship program in Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Trauma at the University of Brasilia Hospital. They've been married since 2005 and have three children Gabriela (12), Otavio (10) and Alicia (5).

Throughout his 18+ years as a dentist in Brazil, Dr. Bautista completed three residencies programs and was licensed through the Brazilian Board of dentistry as a specialist in Prosthodontics, Implantology and Temporomandibular Joint Disfunction and Orofacial Pain. In addition, Dr. Bautista served for 7 years as a First Lieutenant Specialist in Prosthodontics for the Brazilian Air Force.

In 2016, Dr. Bautista and his beloved wife made the decision to move to the United States in order to provide a better quality of life for their wonderful children. As parents of two special needs children, that decision was not difficult to make.

Once again, Dr. Bautista went back to the learning environment and is proud to have attended a 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program through New York University in partnership with Roseman University of Health Sciences in South Jordan, Utah. Dr. Bautista also is proud of having been granted permanent residency in the United States under the exceptional ability category.

When he's not practicing dentistry, Dr. Bautista loves to spend quality time with his family and loves to grill Brazilian Barbecue (Churrasco) for a house full of family and friends.

Dr. Bautista believes that he and his family were brought to Utah for a purpose and there is no place where he would rather be!

Dr. Ashcraft was born in Salt Lake City and grew up in Davis County. After completing a 2-year mission in Micronesia, he attended Utah State University where he got a bachelor's degree in psychology. During his undergrad, he worked as an anesthesia technician and was able to assist in many types of surgeries. He then attended the University of Utah School of Dentistry where he received his DDS degree. During dental school, Dr. Ashcraft participated in five dental service trips to the Dominical Republic and Ecuador where he further developed his passion for serving people in need.

After dental school, Dr. Ashcraft started a residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. Through this residency, he has had the opportunity to serve the communities of the Navajo Nation in northern Arizona. During that time, he received advanced training in oral surgery, periodontics, and endodontics. He is dedicated to life-long learning and excellence in dentistry.

Dr. Ashcraft enjoys playing basketball, hiking, camping, and running. He participated in a trail-running Ragnar in 2019 and his next goal is to run a marathon. He is very happy to be back in Utah near friends and family and he is excited to provide excellent dental care to patients at Abundant Dental Care.

Dr. Yejin Ahn was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and her family immigrated to the U.S. when she was 9 years old. Dr. Ahn spent the rest of her adolescence in a suburb of Philadelphia and moved to Utah in 1998 to attend BYU.

After her freshman year, Dr. Ahn served a mission in Concepción, Chile for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and later graduated from BYU with Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Ahn then moved to San Francisco to attend University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Dr. Ahn and her husband Alex moved back to Utah after dental school to build their family, and they now have 4 children. She and her family love spending time together outdoors, riding bikes, camping, and taking road trips!

Dr. Jesse Greaves grew up here in Holladay, Utah and has been practicing since 1994. He attended Olympus High School, the University of Utah and completed his DMD degree at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon in 1994. After graduating, he completed an advanced general practice residency (AEGD) in the United States Air Force where he served our country for several years.

Over the years since he's been in private practice he has completed hundreds of hours of additional training in all disciplines of Dentistry with an emphasis on Dental Implants, Restorative Dentistry, Root Canals and Orthodontics. In July of 2012 Dr. Greaves was awarded his Fellowship in The Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). These years of experience and advanced training have helped position him as an expert in diagnosing and treating complex cases. He even says he is an expert at referring patients when necessary.

Dr. Greaves enjoys the large variety of procedures that he offers as a General Family Dentist and loves coming to work. He also enjoys the challenge of staying up-to-date with the technology and advancements of modern dentistry. Most satisfying to Dr. Greaves is helping and healing his patients as well as the relationships and trust he has with them.

Dr. Greaves is very happily married to his wife Shelly and together they enjoy being the parents of 5 mostly grown kids. They know there can be no greater satisfaction than seeing your children become successful and happy adults. They love to travel and build memories. Their goal is to accumulate memories and experiences...not stuff.

Hi! I'm Ben. I was born in Salt Lake City and raised in Draper, Utah. I attended The University of Utah, where I majored in chemistry and graduated Magna Cum Laude. I then attended The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry where I graduated with honors. I chose dentistry because, as a true extrovert, I love interacting with people! I love dentistry because I feel that my patients enrich my life as much or more as I enrich theirs. I am married to my soul mate, Marci, and have a five year old son and a two year old daughter. I enjoy iced tea, sunsets, and cool summer evenings. I treat everyone (young kids included) and I look forward to meeting you!

Willi was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona and became a Utah transplant in 2007 when she moved to attend school. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Dental Hygiene from Brigham Young University and Utah College of Dental Hygiene.

In 2011, Willi moved to Sugar House and began practicing as a Dental Hygienist. Her passion is assisting patients achieve a healthy smile that they are proud to show off! She continuously learns new techniques in order to provide her patients with the best, most precise care. I truly enjoy the professional relationships I develop with each patient.

Lindsay was born and raised in Salt Lake City, where she now lives with her husband and baby boy. She earned her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene from Fortis College in 2015, and has enjoyed bringing health and confidence to her patients since then.

Lindsay loves dental hygiene because she gets to encounter new people that she otherwise wouldn't be able to meet and she enjoys the opportunity to serve them. She thinks that everyone deserves to love their smile and not be afraid to laugh during life's greatest moments.

Kenra Peterson is a Registered Dental Hygienist that comes to Abundant Dental Care with 10 years of patient care experience. Kenra is a native of Utah and loves to spend time developing relationships in the community and enjoying all the outdoor activities that Utah has to offer. Kenra has held many professional roles; including owning and operating a deli/catering business with her twin sister.
