SMS Messaging Program

1. Program Name & Description

Abundant Dental Care offers an SMS messaging program to keep our patients informed. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Abundant Dental Care. These messages may include appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, follow-up care instructions, billing notifications, and, if you separately consent, promotional messages about special offers, practice updates, and new services.

2. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel your participation in the SMS program at any time. Simply text STOP to the number from which you received a message. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Abundant Dental Care unless you re-enroll. Opting out of SMS will not affect your patient relationship or ability to receive dental care from Abundant Dental Care.

3. Help & Support (HELP)

If you experience any issues with our SMS program or need assistance, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You may also contact us directly at:

5. Message Frequency & Data Rates

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of your interactions with Abundant Dental Care. Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including information collected through our SMS program.
